Why have my orders arrived in different packages?
We have multiple warehouses where goods are held dependent on availability. This could lead to items arriving at different times and in different packaging. So if this should occur there is no need to worry as all of your items should still arrive within the estimated delivery time. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This varies by country. On average our processing time is 3 - 5 days and our UK delivery time estimation is 5 - 7 days. The rest of the world can take up to 13 - 20 on average.
