At Frozen Apparel, ensuring safety of both the community and our team is extremely important to us. All Frozen Apparel employees are provided with health insurance and every worker is being paid their full salary during this time.
All workers have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned vigorously throughout the day and prior to shipping each package. All employees are required to wear vinyl gloves when packing orders.
Shipping and restocks may be prolonged due to COVID which you can find here however we have changed a few of our policies to allow ease to customers such a returns extension and FREE shipping to the UK on our website.
